Eric is an associate at the law firm Brooks Pierce in Raleigh, where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and appellate litigation. He graduated from Harvard Law School where was an editor of the Harvard Law Review and clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Before attending law school, Eric held a variety of policy-related jobs in North Carolina, including work for McCorkle Policy Consulting in Durham and as a policy adviser in the Office of the North Carolina State Treasurer. Eric grew up in Chapel Hill and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
